Ingredients
1 box of Graham crackers
2 packages Cream cheese
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
½ c Fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon Lime zest (optional)
1 cup Cool Whip (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl whip cream cheese (room temp) with a hand mixer till smooth. Slowly whip in condensed milk til well combined, then lime juice and lime zest. Mix till smooth. Fold in cool whip.
Layer Graham crackers in a single layer in a square or rectangle baking dish.
Evenly spread a 1/8 of inch layer of filling on top of crackers, repeat the layers... crackers, filling, finishing with a crackers layer. Cover, refrigerate overnight.
