Strawberry Jell-O® Pretzel Salad

Preheat oven to 350°F


For the crust...

8 ounces Pretzels, crushed

3 tablespoons Sugar

12 tablespoons butter, melted


Combines all ingredients in a medium bowl, then transfer to a 9x13inch baking dish. Press out evenly, using the back of a measuring cup. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool on a wire rack.


For the cream layer...

8 ounces Cream cheese, softened

2 cups Cool Whip®

1 cup Sugar


Combines all ingredients in a medium bowl, then beat together with a hand mixer. Transfer mixture over pretzel crust. Using an off set spatula, spread cream layer evenly to all sides and corners of the baking dish. Optionally chill until ready for gelatin layer.


For the Jell-O® Layer...

Two 3 ounce packages Strawberry Jell-O®

2 cups Boiling water

32 ounces Frozen sweetened sliced strawberries, partially defrosted


Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water, then combine with the strawberries. Add strawberry mixture carefully over the dessert, ensuring strawberries are evenly distributed. Chill in the refrigerator until fully set, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
