1 lbs Ground pork

1 Yellow Onion, diced

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Fish Sauce

Dried Fungus (dried mushrooms), chopped

Rice paper wrappers

Neutral Oil

Fried Shallots

Garlic fish sauce, such as nuoc mam

For the filling, sauté the onions, pork, garlic powder, fish sauce, and dried fungus until fully cooked through.

For the rice paper wrappers, soak 4 to 6 sheets in a shallow bowl of warm water. Lightly oil a plate for assembly, and a plate for serving.

To assemble, place one sheet of the rice paper on the oiled plate for assembly, fill with 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling, then fold into a contained package. Place on the serving plate and repeat.

Serve with fried shallots over top and garlic fish sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
